There will be a pre-bid meeting and tour held on January 12, 2006,
beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the District Headquarters, 5827 US 90
East, Lake Charles, Louisiana 70601, to discuss the mowing requirements
and tour the areas involved. The meeting and tour will last two to
three hours. While attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly
suggested that all prospective bidders attend this session. Please
contact the District Maintenace Engineer in advance to reserve space
at this meeting as space is limited.
