Effective for the March 2009 letting, LADOTD will be utilizing the Trns•port software
management system. The 2008 Master Pay Items list has been created to be used with this new
system and is applicable to the 2006 Standards and Specifications. Projects scheduled for the
March 2009 letting and beyond should use the 2008 Master Pay Items list for plans and proposals.
