This project will widen LA 73 from 2 to 3 lanes, with a center turn lane, between I-10 and US 61 (Airline Hwy) Two lanes of traffic will be provided at all times, however there will be periodic lane closures throughout the construction process. Most closures will take place outside of peak travel times, however, there may be short closures to load and unload trucks throughout the day.
