This proposed project consists of the widening of LA 21 from Bootlegger Road to 11th Avenue. The proposed project includes four travel lanes with a 19-foot wide raised median. A 6-foot side walk would be constructed on the South side of the roadway from 11th Avenue to Bootlegger Road and on the North side of the roadway from 11th Avenue to Cherokee Rose Lane.
