The Compliance Programs Section is responsible for developing, implementing and administering Louisiana Department
of Transportation and Development's (LADOTD) compliance programs as mandated by federal and state civil rights laws,
regulations and administrative procedures. Programs include: the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program which
consist of, The Certification Unit (Unified Certified Program) and The Contract Administration Unit, The Title VI
Program, The Contract Compliance Program and The Labor Compliance Program. Effective October 31, 2012,
the Compliance Section will implement the new Small Business Element (SBE) which will handle certifying firms,
contract administering of certified firms and contract compliance.
