The Office of Technology Services (OTS) has collaborated with the Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) to create The Real Estate Broker Application (REBA).
The REBA was designed to assist DOTD with selecting a real estate broker to list certain DOTD properties for sale in the multiple listing service (MLS) region where the property is located. The REBA will give any licensed, qualified real estate broker in Louisiana the opportunity to register for an account, view any eligible properties and place a commission bid (not to exceed 25%) in hopes of being selected by DOTD to list a property for sale.
